Our dry red chilli undergoes careful sorting, cleaning, and grading to remove stems, discoloured pieces, and foreign matter. Each lot is tested for moisture, pungency (SHU), colour value, and purity before packaging. We offer whole dry chilli, crushed chilli flakes, and fine chilli powder depending on buyer requirements. Packaging is done to preserve colour, aroma, and heat during shipping and storage.
